JARVIS, 2013
This small (300 sq.ft.) interior design project was completed on a tight budget. Salvaged, refurbished and vintage furniture and accessories were used throughout. The goal was to maximize functionality and storage while maintaing a light and airy feel in the small space, keeping clutter to a minimum. Some highlights:
- Vintage teak record storage boxes are used for paper organization.
- The star map prints were taken from an old atlas and framed.
- The dining table and chairs were found for free – the chairs were completely sanded down, re-stained and re-upholstered.
- The vintage valet stand (near the door) was purchase for $25 dollars, and re-upholstered, sanded and spray-painted.
